Worked great in Italy
Worked great. I used this with my grounded Apple laptop power supply in Italy.
Just what I needed
I live in the Middle East and my home has a combination of English and Italian plugs. I wanted something that not only accepted a grounded American plug, but also would not fry or fry my appliances. This fit the bill and was well worth the expense. Locally purchased adaptors come primarily from China and are not well made or reliable. I would have given it 5 stars, but it's a bit bulky.
Did not arrive in time & not needed for Italy
It's cheaper; you know it will work; *and* there is no hassle. This converter worked perfectly in both France **and** Italy. The product did not arrive on time and therefore I returned it when I returned from my trip. I bought this item because I was going to Ialy. I ended purchasing a converter in Paris for 3.70 euros. My advice - if you are pushed for time, just buy whatever you need when you arrive in Europe.
