I even ended up breaking off the plastic piece because I tried to untangle it so many times. I have not had a tangle since I got it. It was getting so twisted that I had to sit very close to the phone in order to talk. I was having a hard time keeping my cord untangled. I even bought a couple of extras for the other secretaries. I finally found the Twisstop and it has made a world of difference.
