Couldn't ask for more from Ty. Gary is my daughter's favorite Spongebob character. He is well made, and feels so soft and cuddly. He looks just like Gary. She is ENAMORED with the little Gary toy.
My son loves Spongebob, so I bought this for his collection. A good companion gift would be Spongebob Squarepants - Where's Gary. He's had it for some time now, and it still looks just as great as the day we got it. Exactly the same as on TV, right down to the eyeballs on stalks. I think this toy is safe for any age, but it's probably best for the kids who are fans of the show. It's very easy to keep clean, and we haven't had any problems with loose threads, etc.
My kids love Spongebob (and all the rest of his crew). I bought Gary because Spongebob needs Gary. I was impressed with the detail of Gary and his size is nice too. If you have a beanie baby collection (which I do not but we all love Spongebob) he would make an excellent addition.
Defintiely pick it up if you love the show. If you are a fan of SpongeBob, you know very well who Gary is. The beanie baby-type plush Gary is kind of small but so is the real Gary. The plush doll I ordered was requested by my son who loves the show. The Gary doll is soft and cuddly.
When I saw it I thought he would be pleasantly surprised to get it, and he was. I was very pleased. It was the perfect size for his stuffed Sponge Bob. It matched its description exactly. He now sleeps with them both.
It doesn't look like a beanie baby, but more like a stuffed toy. This was one of those little Christmas presents I got for my 7 year old little boy who has a Sponge Bob. It was of good quality.
