Unfortunately it turns out the camcorder is dying, so I won't be able to tell if the battery will last over time. Battery is good so far. It was the right one for my camcorder model, the SONY DCR-TRV9.
The transaction was easy and fast and I received my purchase really fast. I got a real good deal on these batteries. I would purchase from this site again.
I am not sure above symtoms are normal for this battery. 2. 1.
After using it (Fully), when you start recharging it starts from 190 minutes and keep going above that to any number. You can charge it for hours and its keep charging, i seen it charging till 1400 munutes. But -. But when you remove from charging and see the actual minutes its not more than 190.
I am using it since last month and i will say it works.
I haven't had a single problem with it. It's still going strong, although it has lost some power over the years. Bought this battery for my SONY DCR-TRV520 6 years ago as an extra. The original Sony battery that came with the camcorder (7 years old) died recentlywouldn't hold a charge for more than 5 minutes. I am buying now buying another Ultralast as a spare.
