The Uniden TRU9466 is thoughtfully designed for small businesses or homes that find two separate phone lines to be one of life's necessities. The system is expandable to include a total of 10 handsets with charging cradles (available separately). This TRU9466 base system includes one handset, and is the only one of the expandable system that requires connection to a phone jack. DirectLink two-way radio communication is built into each handset and the base speakerphone, allowing them to function as an in-home intercom system or baby monitor. Redial any of the last three dialed numbers at the touch of a button, activate five-way conference calls or just enjoy the consistent, clear 5.8 GHz digital signal transmission. You can transfer incoming calls between the handset and base, and make use of the convenient hands-free design by using the included belt clip and built-in headset jack (headsets available separately). Easily adjust handset and ringer volume levels to your comfort, and set the handset LCD menu to one of three menu languages (English, French, or Spanish). A page button lets you quickly locate a handset if it's strayed under the couch cushions. The base is wall mountable or sits sturdily on a countertop, supplying you plenty of display options; a total of 20 different ring tones (10 tones, 10 melodies) give you a variety of choices. If you need 2 lines stable cordless phone - this is it. Great Sound, Easy to use and long life battery.Plus - Great speakerphone in very good price. run and order one (or two) I also bought extra handset (TCX905)
I replaced a broken base with this. Saved me buying a new phone system. Works great!
The phone was advertised a new, but the box had been opened when I received it and showed evidence of having been used. It was DOA and would not work. Seller was slow in refunding my money.
Probably a great phone, but I wouldn't buy it from the internet where I just couldn't return it to the store.
Very durable, good sound and the 3 phones are perfect for my home. I have one upstairs and two downstairs. They have gotten through so much abuse and are still ticking. Imagine having 3 teenage boys!

I have the base and three stations. This is so easy to use & program. Excellent manual. I especially like the ability to store all my business and friends and family on an easy to use built in phone book. It's not at all like a speed dial. After entering the name, and your choice of one or two numbers, (home or cell #) or whatever. Hit the phone book icon and the first letter of the persons name and find all your aunts & uncles.. You can program incoming ring sounds so you can tell if it friend or foe before you pick up. Don't want it to ring while your asleep, no problem. Want it to automatically upon pick up to be able to talk, no button press. No problem.. There are so many cool and programmable features with this phone system I could go on and on.
