It has worked without a hitch for me. I highly recommend this USB Cradle/Charger.
Product is exactly what I expected. I was looking for the original cradle to connect my Ipaq to another computer.
Connects to computer easily, but Vista sync software does not function properly with the unit. When in charging station the screen is always on with the Dock Ware on the iPaq. It does give you the option to drag-drop files to the iPaq but the sync doesn't work.
