after buying one for home, I bought another for work.The second for work was cheaper thru Amazon than the first one bought thru the office store.I'll be buying another for the wife's computer.
We like to wide screen. When the monitor is set on its recommended resolution, the font is too small for some people comfortably to read. Colors are crisp. The monitor performs very well. Therefore, we have reduced the resolution setting. ViewSonic VX2235WM 22" Wide LCD Monitor.
I had misgivings about the product when I installed it: it seemed blurry in certain areas and I was concerned that it may have been damaged. The monitor functions as advertised. I used the "Auto Image Adjust" feature and all of my problems went away.
I've had this monitor for 2 months now. At it's optimum resolution, 1680x1050, I find the font on all programs and web pages too small, but I simply hit Ctrl+ and I'm good to go. I'm in front of this monitor for at least 12 hours a day and love it. I do a lot of spreadsheet processing and Photoshop work and the image quality is excellent.
Still sharp and clear. Even the built in speakers are satisfactory. I use them mainly for Skype calls and sometimes Media player files. I'm very satisfied with it. It's sharp and clear.
