the product is true to the picture. it holds quite a bit of clothes although it gets a bit bent on the sides when its too full, which i take as my hint to do laundry. Its nice, sturdy and looks good in my apt.
It is still very nice though and we are very pleased with it. I was a little disappointed when I opened this package because it doesn't look exactly like the picture. It really looks more like woven sea grass. A great deal. I wouldn't describe this as wicker either.
I think you will enjoy. Our walls in BR are Behr's Camel and the hamper matched nicely and gave a modern look. Suprisingly a lot better than I thought it would be. This item is totally collapsed in the box but unfolds to a sturdy attractive piece.
Easy to fold for shipping. I don't want to hear and have to pull the velcro before placing laundry in, or taking it out. Would have been nicer to deal with the larger shipping container and not get a folding side. All the other reviews tell the good points. When even half way full, the sides bow out a little. I only have 2 things to add.
Velcro on the lid is annoying. It doesn't do that in the picture. 1. It would have been better to have a lid that didn't have the velcro. 2. It doesn't look good when it bows out like that.
a great size hamper. but size is just perfect, looks good, and walls are strong enough to hold everything in without changing shape it does smell somehow weird (as somebody mentioned earlier).
