Well, I never did yoga until WiiFit so I never had a yoga mat before, but this one seems to be a good one. The green color is very nice, too. Just look for it in the box carefully or you might throw it out by mistake. It's comfortable when doing the floor yoga position-thingies as the padding is quite sufficient. I like the strap to wrap around it when storing it.
